When ordering from abroad (the Netherlands) there was some misunderstanding what to fill in when asked for a tax-number. I wrote an email to SN Models. Reply came quickly. This was for Italian customers only. And, this must be said, the site was altered accordingly, almost immediately.
Ordering was smooth. Delivery within a week. I can recommend SN-models to everyone.
